SURF Rejuvenation Lead

About the Job

Location: Asian Star Building
Contract Duration:  2 years

Purpose

  • Provide the rejuvenation plan and strategy for the Malampaya Subsea, Umbilical, Riser and Flowline (SURF) assets to timely address the threats to critical equipment.
  • Assess the need for rejuvenation of the topside auxiliary equipment for subsea
  • Develop and align structured portfolio of activities with the Asset Life Extension activities of the entire Malampaya assets.

Accountabilities: 

  • Deliver SURF scopes inception to work preparation ready for offshore
  • Implement rejuvenation scopes using the Maintenance Execution process and manage the associated processes and interfaces.
  • Work with both Prime Energy discipline teams and Prime Energy Contractors to properly align and optimize planning for the scopes for the rejuvenation activities.
  • Budgetary estimates and cost phasing for the identified scopes of work.

  • Financial accountability: >1 million USD
  • External Relationships: Contractors

Requirements: 

  • Direct or indirect leadership experience with strong coordination and collaboration with other working groups.
  • Knowledgeable and experience in project management
  • Project delivery through contractor experience.

Special Challenges

  • Candidate is expected to conduct visits to Offshore locations that will require him/her to be medically fit.
  • Role requires excellent time management skills due to multiple activities to support
  • Personal/interpersonal skills are essential when working in a diverse Resourcefulness and innovation are key traits.
  • Ability to complete the accountabilities and achieve purpose in 2 years-time.

Subsea Hardware Engineer (Project-Based)

About the Job

Location: Asian Star Building (On-Site)

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Support the integration testing, installation, and commissioning of subsea hardware including procedure development, onsite supervision, and coordination of technical and logistical interface issues between disciplines and suppliers.
  • Support delivery of hardware installation and intervention equipment including onsite supervision, project management and coordination and resolution of technical and commercial issues.
  • HSE management including proactive hazard identification and
  • Track and report cost and delivery schedule of the scope of work.

The Subsea engineer on these projects plays a central role in: 

  • Liaises between contractors, staff, and project managers for effective communication and
  • Review specifications and input on design of subsea production systems while maintaining a strong focus on safety, and functionality.
  • Sourcing goods and services for the successful delivery of
  • Interfacing between contractors and sub-contractors to efficiently carry out work safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Supports offshore installation operations on site (Vessel, Rig, or Platform)
  • Supports activities at contractor sites for new and refurbished Engage contractors in work to ensure safety.
  • Review and lead safe work plans for subsea equipment handling and
  • Provides technical and engineering support and guidance to offshore or on site
  • Manages the installation of wellheads on the seabed and the flowlines joining them to the platform.

Requirements:

  • In-depth experience in the delivery and installation of horizontal subsea christmas trees, preferably using One Subsea brand.

Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument)

Purpose:

Ensure the Malampaya facilities’ asset integrity and reliability through the safe, timely and cost-efficient delivery of managed preventive maintenance activities. Responsible for ensuring that Preventive Maintenance Work Orders are completed in a safe, cost-effective, and timely manner.

 

 

The Role:

Main Responsibilities of this role:

  • Skill level on Work Preparation (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument) in compliance with the Asset Management System Standard – SAP BLP Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Effective Maintenance work preparation and timely planning (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument)
  • Work prepares assigned Work Order, targeting executability on Basic Start Date and eligibility for nomination into Short Term Integrated Activity Planning
  • Responsible for delivering Preventive Maintenance (PM) work packs on time and on quality to enable first-time-right execution, all in the most cost-effective approach
  • Support Cost Management focus based on proper estimation of resources, materials and services
  • Continuous engagement with the Supply Chain, vendors and subcontractors to ensure maintenance job readiness for maintenance execution
  • Coordinate all technical input from Equipment Owners, Discipline Engineers / Technical Authorities for the development of Preventive Maintenance work orders / packs, minor plant changes and major repairs
  • Conduct 3-Monthly Preventive Maintenance Lookahead with site Lead Technicians to ensure timely execution of Preventive Maintenance Routine activities
  • Identify potential opportunities to minimize equipment breakdowns, initiate changes to maintenance procedures or equipment through Propose modified stock holdings through MRF process
  • Provides outlook of PM schedules to relevant Equipment Owners (EO) that will require an equipment window, in the next 52 weeks
  • Provides timely and quality work preparation services and updates to Equipment Owner on progress
  • Responsible for requirements needing coordination – Logistics, Operations, Discipline Engineers
  • Responsible for timely availability of required work pack components and compliance to Manage Integrated Activity Planning and Scheduling (MIAPS) Nomination and Activity Readiness Criteria
  • Responsible for engaging buyers and vendors, including coordination of mobilization
  • Carry main work preparation tasks as per Perform Maintenance Execution process
  • Coordinate with buyer on material procurement
  • Coordinate with vendor on the required services
  • Facilitate Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs), Implementation Plan on Paper (IPOPs) and conduct site surveys, as required
  • Responsible for PM Compliance of all WOs in scope (Discipline, SWP & OGP)
  • Responsible for ensuring readiness of WO for execution in time before Latest Allowable Finish Dates (LAFD) as well as meeting IAP nomination timelines
  • Responsible for raising Z6 for PMs under non-Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) functional locations
  • Responsible for follow up on Maintenance Feedback Cards related to PM optimization or improvement
